Si Lamtim Berjaya
Si Lamtim Berjaya is the public service platform of the Department of Population and Civil Registration (Disdukcapil) of East Lampung Regency. Residents file for birth certificates, ID cards and family records from a phone or a browser instead of travelling to the counter in Sukadana — 42,000 applications submitted, more than 30,000 documents completed, and an Android app past 10,000 downloads on Google Play.

East Lampung Regency is geographically vast. Previously, citizens from remote sub-districts had to travel for hours to reach the central office in Sukadana just to register births, file for ID cards, or update family certificates. Long waiting queues, paper archiving errors, and lack of status updates frustrated both the public and verification officers.
The service portal is built in Laravel with Bootstrap and MySQL, alongside a Kotlin Android app for the majority who come online only through a phone. An application is filed once with its scanned requirements attached and validated before it is accepted, so a missing document is caught on the spot rather than after the journey. Every file then carries a status from submission through verification to signature — visible to the applicant, worked from a single queue by the officers — and finished documents are issued digitally to be collected or printed locally. The app now sits past 10,000 downloads at 3.3★ on Google Play, and the furthest sub-districts file at the same speed as the ones beside the office.
